Since CFF’s establishment in 1997, preparing students to be successful in the workforce has been central to the identity of our organization. CFF provides programs, training, curriculum, and opportunities for historically marginalized students to help them discover college and career pathways while developing hands-on skills—specifically within the realm of STEM—for high-demand jobs.
