Where: SeaWorld San Diego (in-person and virtual). Reception at SeaWorld’s Nautilus Pavilion and the awards ceremony in their Mission Bay Theater.

More than 500 educators, business and community leaders, and students attend the annual event and reception each year. In 2021, CFF is planning a world class event that will combine a hybrid of an in-person experience at SeaWorld plus create a virtual ceremony experience for those that may be unable to attend due to public health and safety or personal factors. Whether you watch online or attend the event at SeaWorld, you’ll be part of the memorable night to honor some of the top innovative educators and students in San Diego County.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 18TH ANNUAL EVENT
Some of the best ways to participate in this year’s Innovation in Education Awards are:
- Educators: Submit an application about an innovative education program in your classroom, school, or district. Subscribe to our email list to be notified when the Request For Application process begins. For more information, visit our Innovation Grant Program page.
- Businesses: Gain exposure and network with educators and educational leaders throughout San Diego County by becoming a sponsor of the Innovation in Education Awards. Based on your organization’s community service and engagement goals, we have a variety of sponsorship packages that help you reach your objectives to give back to the educational community in San Diego County.
