Because of the positive impact that a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education can have on a student’s life, the Classroom of the Future Foundation (CFF) invests heavily in its support of STEM (and STEAM) programs. Earlier this year, CFF received two grants from two of its leading supporters. Ashford University has awarded $5,000 to the STEM program at Lemon Grove Middle School and Emerald STEM Academy. In addition, General Atomic has awarded $3,000 to support the STEMposium, a four-day professional development program for teachers during the summer.
Thank you for the investment in San Diego students from these two, and all, supporters of STEM!
